​I have had the pleasure of working with various members and departments within Fadhili International School and the wider community. What has inspired me, and continues to inspire me, is that this is a school whose multidimensional service synergy makes its mission-to develop students into thoughtful, imaginative, creative, and innovative global leaders—a real possibility. Though we are still in our formative stages, we remain optimistic that, together as a team, we will achieve this vision. Our task is clearly defined. We are deliberately putting in place sustainable plans aimed at promoting student achievement, character development, sports excellence, and talent nurturing among our learners. I strongly believe that for students to succeed within an international setting, there must be diverse activities and engagements designed to encourage international-mindedness and promote inclusivity in all their undertakings. As a staff, we are striving to make a lasting impression on our students’ educational journey. Our approach to education is fuelled by passion and a deep commitment to our learners. We continuously encourage our students to pursue the things they love. For us, that has always been, and continues to be, education. Moreover, to achieve our academic objectives, we have designed a range of measures to ensure that our learners benefit immensely from our teachers and programmes. From the next academic year, we will be launching initiatives such as the Fadhili Olympiad, aimed at enhancing students’ performance in Mathematics, and The Scribe, an essay competition designed to strengthen English language skills in both written and spoken communication. Emphasis is also placed on educational excursions aimed at stimulating creativity and deepening understanding beyond the confines of the classroom. In addition, we prioritise guiding our students in making informed career choices that align with their aspirations. This has prompted the Careers Department to organise career sessions where students and parents have the opportunity to engage with renowned professionals and gain valuable insights into what it takes to secure admission to their dream universities across the globe. Finally, we welcome contributions from our parents on how best we can continue to advance our values as a school and align them with the broader principles of education, leadership, and collaboration.
