Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Key Stage 2, equipping learners with strong academic skills, critical thinking, and independence in line with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
• Teach core subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, and Global Perspectives.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including high achievers and those requiring support.
• Promote inquiry-based and student-centred learning approaches.

Assessment & Progress
• Design and administer formative and summative assessments.
• Monitor, track, and report learner progress effectively.
• Prepare learners for Cambridge Checkpoint (where applicable).
• Provide detailed feedback to pupils and parents to support academic growth.

• Maintain a structured, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Implement positive behaviour management strategies.
• Encourage independence, responsibility, and leadership among learners.

Pastoral Care
• Support the emotional, social, and moral development of pupils.

• Act as a mentor and role model for pupils.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Primary Education or relevant field).
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6), preferably within an international or Cambridge curriculum.
• Strong subject knowledge in English, Mathematics, and Science.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• TSC registration is an added advantage.
